Kentucky Field Trips

There’s nothing like a field trip to bring classroom concepts to life. Kentucky Field Trips take students across the state to historic sites, natural wonders, and high-tech facilities, covering the heritage of the state’s past and the technology of its future. Students will get close-up views of places like the Kentucky State Capitol, the Falls of the Ohio, a solar farm, and more. Support materials for the classroom include background material, vocabulary lists, and teacher-created activities to reinforce Social Studies and STEM concepts.

This resource is funded in part by the John R. Hall Endowment for Education.
