First Time Logging In
If you have never logged in before please go to this link (ae.ket.org) and type in your email address as your username and the temporary password Changeme1! (case sensitive) in order to log in.
When you first log in you will be asked to:
- change your password
- complete several demographic questions (all the boxes with a red exclamation point).
- click “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page
Forgotten Password or Username
If you have forgotten your username or password please go to this link and search for your account by either username or email address. This will generate an email which will walk you through the process of accessing your account.
