The Kentucky Department of Education Office of Education Technology (OET) has partnered with Kentucky Education Television (KET) to create the Kentucky Online Learning Experience Collaborative (KyOLXC) with a focus on creating a network of Kentucky virtual/online/remote schools, providing professional learning for districts and teachers, and engaging in continuous improvement strategies addressing problems of practice.

Kentucky Educational Television — KET — is Kentucky’s largest classroom, serving more than two million people each week via television, online and mobile. KET is an innovative producer of digital education tools for the classroom and Kentucky’s highest-quality source for public affairs and cultural programming.
Region 5 Comprehensive Center
The Region 5 Networked Improvement Community (NIC) applies principles of implementation science to improve students’ learning experiences in remote and hybrid learning environments. Region 5 NIC members are developing facilitator resources for education leaders to support continuous improvement.
Quality Matters
Quality Matters is a nonprofit organization comprised of dedicated staff that works together virtually to support everyone’s quality assurance goals. We rely on our larger community of QM Coordinators, workshop facilitators, peer and master reviewers, program reviewers, conference presenters, and all the other individuals and groups who are champions for QM and help everyone deliver on the promise of online learning.
Digital Learning Collaborative
The Digital Learning Collaborative is a membership community that works to illuminate key issues in digital learning, disseminate research and guide best practices to improve educational opportunities and outcomes for all students.
