Join KET Adult Education to take a deep dive into FastForward and Workplace Essential Skills' gradebook functions. During this webinar, we will demonstrate the multiple levels of gradebook reporting available ranging from an overarching view of your class to a breakdown of individual answers from your students' assessments. Flowers in Winter : Help Student Creativity Bloom with Free Resources

Pablo Picasso famously said that “all children are artists,” and we agree! This webinar will help you encourage and support the artists in your life by providing tips and free educational resources on creative writing and drawing to help K-12 students get ready to enter KET Education’s annual Young Writers Contest, which is now open! Contest genres include illustrated story (kindergarten through fifth grades), short story (fourth through twelfth grades), and poetry (fourth through twelfth grades).

Basic Video Production

Looking for ways to reach your students this summer? Learn the basics of effective storytelling through the video production process. In this session, we will discuss proper pre-production planning and explore various camera moves, shots, and framing techniques meant to engage and retain audiences. We will discuss audio types and techniques as well as a few tricks to allow for even more creative means to expand imagination. We will also have time to discuss equipment and video/audio editing software.

Make Summer Learning Epic: Resources from KET and PBS KIDS

Featuring resources from KET’s Ready to Learn Grant, come explore multimedia resources that support science and literacy development, designed for use in after-school and out-of-school settings. We will also explore the Family and Community Learning model for multi-generational hands-on family engagement designed to support science and literacy development among children and families. All resources are FREE and come packaged with full activity plans, supporting materials for facilitators, related video clips and digital games, and take-home support to encourage family engagement.
