With a variety of resources, including educator trainings, family workshops and hands-on children’s activities, KET helps prepare our youngest citizens to be kindergarten ready.

We’re dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children, teachers and families, with high-quality early childhood instructional resources and in-person and online training opportunities.

Our on-air programming, which includes the 24/7 KET PBS KIDS channel, is designed to boost cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Announcing the 2023 KET Young Writers Contest

October 3, 2022 - KET Education is excited to announce the 2023 Young Writers Contest is open for submissions! The annual contest seeks to celebrate creativity through four categories of writing – Illustrated Story, Short Story, Poetry, and Graphic Novels. Submissions will be accepted until Friday, March 31, 2023. There is no set theme, allowing your PreK - 12th grade students to explore the depths of their own interests and creativity.
