This student-friendly, interactive program features a 10-question quiz based on each week’s stories. This interactivity ensures your class stays fully engaged while improving their listening skills and knowledge of current events.
Your students will stay up to date with state, national, and international stories. There’s something for everyone from election coverage and technology innovations to inspiring artists and enchanting animals. And many stories include maps that help strengthen geography skills.
In addition to each episode, you’ll have access to a PDF of the quiz that you can print for students, as well as vocabulary words related to the stories covered. New this year, you’ll find several questions intended for more open-ended responses and deeper discussions revolving around a specific story each week, as well as an alternative to our map questions for students who are visually-impaired.
